Veronica de Bruce McCoy

Veronica joined the Board in December 2019 and brings with her a wealth of HR experience, both in the UK, Australia and Pacific Islands. She is the owner of HRD South Pacific, consulting to both the public and private sectors in the South Pacific Region which provides HR consultancy services. She has worked with numerous businesses to help develop and implement sustainable and practical strategies that drive growth.

She is dedicated to the development of those around her and supports businesses to empower teams that strive towards a common sense of purpose which upholds the vision and exceeds the organisations objectives. Veronica has a wealth of governance experience having been on a number of boards and committees in Fiji. She has a keen interest in sports, both participating and coaching in various disciplines.
