Employing an apprentice is a great way to boost the skills in your workforce and make an immediate impact.

  • You’re employing an apprentice that is eager to learn and has gained experience on-the-job, they’ll hit the ground running and are work-ready

  • Funding is available to cover up to 95% of the cost of an apprenticeship for non-levy paying businesses
  • You may be eligible for incentive payments of up to £2,000 per apprentice

When you take on an apprentice with us you won’t be left to figure out the best steps forward for your business and your apprentice. We will work with you to identify a mentor for your apprentice. We’ll provide mentor training and will provide regular updates on your apprentices’ progress.
