Congratulations to Darral Taylor, apprentice at AESSEAL.

Apprentice of the Month

Congratulations to Nancy Wellington, apprentice at AESSEAL.

Nancy works within the legal department of AESSEAL, she has shown great maturity, positivity and enthusiasm in her role since starting her Apprenticeship in November. She has really shone in the organisation and already been given 5 projects to lead on including the use of AI.

Nancy has learnt how to plan and mitigate risks along with meeting senior leaders in the organisation, including the Director of Automation and Manager of Automation.

Nancy presented her ideas on AI to other Apprentices in her group and this has been of great benefit.
Nancy speaks of all legal procedures/processes with confidence and since November has developed an impressive amount of KSBs towards her Apprenticeship.

She is a great role model to other apprentices and always eager to share knowledge with others.
