Natalia joined the Finance and Resources Committee in January 2026.
Natalia is an experienced senior local government finance leader and a fully qualified Chartered Public Finance Accountant with over eighteen years of experience in Financial and Commercial Services. She also holds a Level 7 Chartered Management Institute Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
With a career spanning several Local Authorities, she brings a strong track record of delivering financial resilience, transformation, and robust financial stewardship in complex public sector environments.
Natalia has led high‑profile regeneration and investment programmes, she has also been instrumental in major system implementations and digital transformation programmes across a number of Councils.
Natalia is passionate about education which empowers people with knowledge, confidence, and opportunity, transforming lives and opening doors to a better future. She is committed to contributing her expertise to the Finance and Resources Committee, supporting effective oversight, financial sustainability, and the long‑term success of the organisation.
