Rotherham College
Innovate S65 Hair and Beauty Salon
Our Innovate S65 Salon is based less than a minutes’ walk from the centre of Rotherham and members of the public can enjoy a variety of treatments and hair appointments. Staffed by learners under the watchful eye of staff, the salon is open term time only and provides excellent value for service.
The Wharncliffe
The Wharncliffe restaurant has an excellent reputation for outstanding food and service, provided by our learners under the watchful eye of their tutors. Open to the public during the term time for coffee, lunch and dinner between Wednesday and Friday, this fine dining restaurant provides an excellent dining experience at incredible value.
The Wharncliffe also offers special evening events throughout the year and is a great location for client meetings over lunch and group gatherings.
North Notts College (Worksop Campus)
Innovate S81 Hair and Beauty Salon
Kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment, with the calibre to match any high street salon, our Innovate S81 hair, beauty and make-up salons are the perfect destination for some well-earned ‘me time’ for members of the public. Open term time only, it is also staffed by learners under the careful guidance of staff and provides a variety of offers at great value.
Dearne Valley College
Animal Experiences
Step into a world of curiosity, connection, and hands-on learning with the unique Animal Experiences we offer at Dearne Valley College.
Have an ‘Exotic Encounter’ with our meerkats and sugar gliders, a ‘Scale and Tails’ experience with our snakes, lizards and tarantulas, say hello to our ‘Small and Furry’ rabbits and guinea pigs, or meet our goats, alpacas and chickens for a fun ‘Farmyard Animals’ experience.
DVC Sports
Open seven days a week, this excellent value gym has it all. Members enjoy free parking as well as classes including Spin and Circuits, with a large variety of cardio and core building equipment available. The gym has changing rooms and showers for members to use as well as outdoor facilities for community groups to use.
