Hayley Tingle

Hayley joined the Board in October 2024. Hayley has had a 30 year career in the public sector, including more than a decade as Chief Finance Officer at Doncaster CCG. She has a thorough understanding of financial management, audit processes, and governance, with skills in achieving financial targets, managing complex allocations, and making strategic contributions at the board level. With the transition of CCGs into the South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, Hayley moved to the Director of Financial Transformation role since June 2024 and will retire from the role in October 2026.  

With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, all in a within a public sector setting, Hayley has a strong passion for efficient and transparent resource management to enhance community services. Hayley is committed to ensuring that RNN Group strategies reflect and support the diverse needs of our community. By fostering inclusivity and addressing the unique challenges faced by the varied demographics the colleges serve and enhance educational access and outcomes for all.
