Jemma Moore

Jemma Moore brings a diverse range of technology experience to the College, having managed IT and digital initiatives across both the private sector and further education. This background gives her a unique perspective on how modern technical infrastructure can streamline operations and improve the user experience. After transitioning into the education sector, she progressed into technical leadership, ultimately joining the Senior Leadership Team as Director of IT and Digital.

Today, Jemma leads the Group’s digital strategy, overseeing everything from core IT infrastructure to the safe and practical introduction of AI tools. Her focus is on keeping the college forward-thinking and secure, ensuring that technology remains an accessible, genuinely helpful asset for both staff and students.
