As Director of Inclusive Curriculum at RNN Group, Louise brings over 25 years of specialist experience across Further Education, driving innovation in SEND, High Needs provision, curriculum development, and quality improvement.

She is deeply passionate about creating transformative, inclusive opportunities that empower every learner to build confidence, gain independence, and achieve successful destinations.

A recognised sector leader, Louise holds an MA in Education, is a qualified teacher, and is a Fellow of both the Society for Education and Training (FSET) and the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
