Paul Lomas

Paul joined the Board in January 2023. He sits on the Finance and Resources Committee and is also a Board Director of RES Ltd. Now enjoying retirement, Paul was previously a People Director with over twenty years of operating at an executive level with a proven record of delivering a business focused people agenda at a PLC, global and geographic regional level across a diverse range of sectors.   

Having experience of working in listed, purpose based, not for profit and PE backed organizations and living and working outside of the UK, Paul is used to working with, and achieving through, multiple stakeholder interests.   

Recognized as a trusted coach, mentor and confident to Board and Executive Committee members, Paul is well versed in leading, supporting and implementing organisation growth, change and transformation. 

Paul is an avid sports fan, particularly rugby, and loves to travel. If the two can be combined, so much the better!
