Sue Saunders

Sue Saunders is Executive Director of Finance and MIS of the RNN Group and has strategic responsibility for the organisation’s financial management, funding and student data.

Sue is a qualified CIMA chartered accountant with over 26 years experience in the Further Education Sector, including various senior roles in a number of Colleges, having had strategic oversight across a wide range of areas including Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Curriculum Planning, Information Services Data Analytics and ICT. She joined the group in 2026 after successfully leading a College through a merger as Interim Principal/CEO.

Sue is also chair of the Yorkshire and Humber AoC Finance Directors group and regional representative on the College Finance Directors Group (CFDG).
