How long have you been at the RNN Group? 

I have worked for the RNN Group for 11 years. I have had various roles, starting my career in education as an LSA alongside studying my PGCE. I moved into teaching Travel & Tourism (with a little bit of Business), was Programme Tutor and then gradually found my passion back working within the Student Support Services and Additional Learning Support Team. I have had experience being a Progress Coach, Learner Journey Co-ordinator, Deputy Head of Student Support Services and most Recently Head of SEND and High Needs.

What job or role did you do before you joined the RNN Group? 

Home Specialist in Retail.

What is the best thing about working for the RNN Group? 

No two days are ever the same! I love working with a variety of both colleagues and learners. My role is very rewarding and a pleasure when we’re able to see how successful learners become.
