Policies, Procedures and Processes

RNN Group policies will be supported by standards, procedures and guidelines that are developed throughout the various sections of the organisation, this is defined within the Group’s Information Governance standards.

Policies, procedures and processes are an essential component of any organisation. Policies are important because they address pertinent issues, such as legislative responsibility and what constitutes acceptable behaviour by individuals.

Procedures and the processes that support these polices on the other hand, clearly define a sequence of steps to be followed in a consistent manner, such as how the RNN Group will respond to any policy violations.

It is the RNN Group’s aim to publish as many of its relevant policies and procedures as possible, making them available to the public. Working in such an open and accountable way allows for further trust and respect of all customers to be built.

Whilst every attempt is being made by the RNN Group to publish policies, procedures and processes that are pertinent to the organisation, there will be times that one has not yet been published to this site.
