As we approach the close of another year and prepare to celebrate the festive season, let’s take a moment to reflect on what truly matters at the RNN Group and to say thank you.
At this time of year, we often speak about gifts. Some are wrapped and placed under the tree, others are shared through time, kindness and connection. But there is one gift that stands above all others for us as an education and training group – the gift of opportunity.
Opportunity that lasts a lifetime
Every day across our Colleges, campuses and workplaces, something remarkable happens. Learners take brave first steps, develop new skills, gain confidence and unlock potential they may not have known they had. That opportunity – to learn, to grow, to progress – is a gift that keeps on giving long after the festive lights are packed away.
In 2025, we have seen this gift transform lives in powerful ways. From students achieving success in national competitions, to apprentices progressing in their careers, to adults returning to education and reshaping their futures – each story reminds us why our work matters.

As a Group, we are proud to serve our region – responding to local needs, supporting inclusion, and opening doors for individuals of all backgrounds. This commitment remains at the heart of our strategic vision and will continue to guide us into 2026 and beyond.
Looking ahead with hope
