We Are Inclusive: Gillian Neighbour

Gillian provided exceptional support both inside and outside of work since the day her colleague started over a year ago. Always ready to listen, offer advice, or guide through challenges, she has helped not only with work matters but also personal situations, providing calm and thoughtful support.

We Are One Team: Vanessa Godhard

Vanessa demonstrated calm and supportive leadership while overseeing students on their international placement in Crete. Clear communication with a steady approach helped learners develop resilience and build work skills, creating a rewarding experience throughout.

We Are One Team: Samantha Ferrol

Samantha showed calm, effective leadership during the Crete Turing placement, helping students continue to progress while feeling supported throughout. Her approach ensured learners could focus on building skills while developing resilience.

We Deliver: Callum Goulty

Callum inspires learners as an Esports Lecturer, helping them develop high-level technical skills and confidence. Under his mentorship, they competed nationally and achieved a winning score of 157 points at the F1 Williams Racing Experience Centre in Oxford.

We Have Integrity: Sam Caudwell

Sam went above and beyond, consistently checking in on staff while supporting students on the Turing Scheme trip in Bali. Balancing responsibilities across an eight-hour time difference demonstrates genuine care for student wellbeing and progress.
