World Mental Health Day 2025
On 10th October, RNN Group joins the global conversation for World Mental Health Day 2025, which highlights access to mental health support during crises and emergencies.
Global events and constant news coverage can feel stressful, even when weโre not directly affected, making prioritising wellbeing essential.
Through Health and Wellbeing Day, staff have the opportunity to reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and focus on personal health. Even small acts of self-care like going for a walk or spending time with loved ones can make a meaningful difference.
Our commitment
Health and Wellbeing is central to RNN Groupโs ethos. Staff working 18.5 hours or more receive one full day, and those working 18.25 hours or less receive a half day annually. This allocation ensures business needs are met while giving staff meaningful time to focus on themselves, their families, and their communities.
As World Mental Health Day 2025 reminds us, protecting mental health and having access to support are essential for resilience. RNN Group continues to encourage staff to find moments of rest, connection, and personal growth throughout the year.
